Part of the Spring Harvest '21 Batch

This Spring batch marks one full seasonal cycle of releases for us here at Fableglade. For this, we are so very excited to announce a specially curated release, “A Fableglade Compendium”! This one marks volume one of this, hopefully ongoing, collection. We asked dear friends to imagine stories they wanted to tell within the world of Fableglade, as well as other far reaches! Thus, the result is this compendium of fables, of stories new and olde, places far and wide. Many artists, dear members of this community, offered new and secret projects, and some preferred to stick to their established names. The result is a compilation, a collection, unlike any other. Enclosed are fables of all varieties, which indeed showcase the variety of music here at Fableglade. Enter this enchanted glade and journey far, for there are treasures at every corner here.

A dreamy, beguiling, nostalgic dungeon synth quest through the shires. But, it's so much more than that. The LP incorporates some unique key changes, field recordings and a lot of Mort Garson style synth work. It sometimes reminds me of old 70's PG horror soundtracks. The record is addictive melancholy inspiration. The ideal music for accompanying the dawning morning of an epic adventure. brantly
